Neo Thread Mono PLLA is a threads used for the thread lifting of face and neck.  

Poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) is a polymer based on a natural compound that is widely used to create mesothreads. The effect of the application of these threads involves enhancement of the growth and division of skin fibroblasts, as well as a multiple increase in the production of collagen by epidermal cells. The injected threads are used by the cells as a scaffold, resulting in the restoration of volume and correction of the shape of the face and body, as well as improvement in elasticity and rejuvenation of the skin. On average, the effect of PLLA threadlifting lasts at least 18 months, which is much longer than the duration of other procedures with similar effects.

Mono threads are the linear threads based on a single fiber for face and neck lifting.
